On the 20th of April, authors Balli Kaur Jaswal and Jon Gresham were at Book Bar to talk about their new novels, Now You See Us & Gus: The Life and Opinions of the Last Raffles Banded Langur, and the importance of their settings in Singaporean neighbourhoods.
Balli’s event marketing Insta post below highlights how much chubbier I have become over the years. Although, on reflection, it’s fair to say I was chubby back in 2017 too.
